Insights & data: Your plans are driven by consumer insights and data. Therefor you plan, set up and follow-up the measurement, analysis and visualisation (dashboarding) of the KPIs.

You are a subject matter expert, knowing the right questions to ask at the right time, and providing direct (thought) leadership to our clients and brand teams so that they can reach consumers in compelling, creative ways while maximising the return.
You uncover whitespace opportunities and deliver actionable strategies to help transform brands' businesses.
You team up with concept creatives, designers, copywriters, … to shape the message for each touchpoint.
You deliver meaningful reports with substantiated recommendations for budget reallocation or adjustments (higher or lower) to improve ROI of online marketing campaigns to clients and brand teams.
You conduct customer segmentation modeling and analysis to drive decisions.
What it takes
Thorough understanding of the (digital and non-digital) media landscape.
Working knowledge of (and where possible hands-on experience with)
campaign planning & buying in social media and Google Display Network
ad serving tools like e.g. DoubleClickExperience with social monitoring tools like e.g. Coosto
web analytics: Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, Google AdWords, or any similar systems
SEO monitoring tools like e.g. SEMrush
direct response marketing and CRM and tools like e.g. Selligent
the concept of DMP’s (Data Management Platforms). Hands-on experience with e.g. Relay42, Salesforce or Google Audience Center 360 is a surplus.
Being performance and results-oriented.
