You choose in accordance with the digital strategist, the brand teams and the client the metrics/KPIs to focus on.
You uncover whitespace opportunities for growth.
You bring traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
You execute search engine marketing, display advertising & social advertising tactics, including: keyword research and expansion, ad creation, campaign performance tracking, and audience/placement analysis/recommendations.
You analyse the data and users’ feedback.
What it takes
The AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) is the backbone of your daily work
Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
Thorough understanding of the digital media landscape.
Hands-on experience with
A/B testing tools like e.g. Optimizely
campaign planning & buying in social media and Google Display Network
ad serving tools like e.g. DoubleClickExperience with social monitoring tools like e.g. Coosto
web analytics: Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, Google AdWords, or any similar systems
SEO monitoring tools like e.g. SEMrush
direct response marketing and CRM and tools like e.g. Selligent
the concept of DMP’s (Data Management Platforms). Hands-on experience with e.g. Relay42, Saleforce or Google Audience Center 360 is a surplus.
Certifications in Google Search, Google Display, ... are a plus.
